Bridging Binaries
Cubeinside is immensely proud for the successful participation in the lecture event titled “Bridging Binaries” hosted by ECC at Palazzo Mora, Venice as a part of the Venice 2023 Architecture Biennial. It was a collaborative lecture by 5 contemporary practices from Bangladesh, explaining their design and build process in response to the bigger context.
The participating group of practices are: Studio Dhaka, Jubair Hasan Architects, River and Rain, FORM.3 architects, Group of Architects and Thinkers, Sthanik + Studio Morphogenesis, Dehsar Works, Cubeinside Design Ltd, Roofliners_Studio of Architecture. Most of the partners of the selected practices are young architects graduated from the Department of Architecture of BUET which is regarded as the most reputed architecture school in the country. While they share certain common values and ethics towards practice of architecture, their approaches display a rich synthesis of design philosophies and processes. Individually all the practices have marked their significance in the field of architecture through award winning projects, notable publications and exhibitions.
