Parallels - A group exhibition by 8 architectural practices
Parallels: Positioning Practice
Within the broader framework of Parallels, this moment marked Cubeinside’s own contribution to the ongoing dialogue. The presentation was not approached as a definitive statement, but as a reflection of the studio’s evolving position—one that remains open, iterative, and in constant negotiation.
The works presented explored the intersections of process, representation, and spatial inquiry. Drawings, models, and conceptual fragments revealed a practice that operates between structure and speculation—where ideas are tested through making, and meaning emerges through iteration.
Rather than isolating itself, the presentation positioned Cubeinside alongside other parallel trajectories. It acknowledged the presence of multiple approaches, engaging with them through contrast as much as alignment.
Conversations during this session extended beyond the presented material, opening up questions around authorship, methodology, and the role of practice within a shifting disciplinary context.
In situating its work within Parallels, Cubeinside did not seek resolution, but participation—contributing to a shared field where differences are not only acknowledged, but made productive.
