Parallels - A group exhibition by 8 architectural practices
Parallels: Between Convergence and Divergence
On the following days, Parallels moved beyond introduction into active dialogue. The relationships between works became more pronounced, revealing tensions and alignments across different approaches.
What initially appeared as independent trajectories began to interact. Through spatial adjacency and viewer engagement, new readings emerged—connections that were not explicitly defined, but discovered through movement and observation.
Discussions played a crucial role in shaping the experience. Visitors, contributors, and curators engaged in conversations that extended the exhibition beyond its physical setup. Interpretations overlapped, sometimes contradicting one another, reinforcing the idea that meaning within Parallels is not fixed.
This phase highlighted the dynamic nature of parallel practices—not as isolated paths, but as conditions that constantly negotiate with one another.
The exhibition days emphasized that parallelism is not about separation, but about coexistence within difference.
