UPSL Daffodil

This luxury apartment building is designed to stand apart—an architectural statement rising with monolithic elegance amidst a sea of conventional forms. Vertical concrete fins soften its mass, casting shadows and creating a rhythmic façade that balances strength with subtlety.

Set on an elongated plot with roads on both ends, the building is entered from the south through a double-height portal that establishes a sense of arrival. At the rear, a water garden anchors the site, where dipping columns evoke a sculptural presence and reflect the building’s quiet grandeur.

Two basement levels accommodate parking. Each floor contains two apartments, organized into three bays: a central open zone for living, dining, and family spaces, flanked by bedrooms on either side. This layout ensures fluid circulation, privacy, and abundant natural light.

The longer east-west exposure is mitigated through deep shading and garden buffers. The vertical fins not only enhance thermal performance but also define the building’s identity.

At the top, an elaborate rooftop offers shared amenities—extending the living experience and creating a communal retreat above the city.

This apartment building is a crafted volume of light, texture, and spatial generosity. A home that speaks through form, material, and atmosphere.
